Funeral Date:

Guylene Caylor Nichols, age 60, of 1792 Highland Drive in Elba, Alabama, passed away after an extended illness at her home on Monday, July 2, 2018.

 

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Enterprise, AL.  Family will receive friends one hour before the service.  Burial will follow at the Town of New Brockton Cemetery, New Brockton, Alabama.

 

Guylene was born January 31, 1958, in Enterprise, AL, to Guy and Margulene Caylor.  She was married to James Bruce Nichols “Jimmy” on May 23, 1975.  Together, they lived in Elba, AL.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Margulene Clark Caylor.

 

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy, of 43 years.  She leaves in her legacy two children: Holly Nichols Hollis (Bryan) of Enterprise, AL and James Bradley Nichols (Connie) of New Brockton, AL; her father, William Guy Caylor (Jennine) of New Brockton, AL; and two siblings: William David Caylor (Leslie) of New Brockton, AL and Billy Ray Caylor (Sharon) of New Brockton, AL.  She also leaves in her cherished memory six grandchildren and numerous nieces.

So sorry for the loss. I pray God will continue to lift you up through this time of sorrow. For the times I've been around her she was very nice and full of life. She will be dearly missed by all. Rely on God Always for every situation and He will see you thru. Praying Always.

I am so sorry to hear of Guylene's passing. Prayers are being sent for all of her family. Guylene and I attended High School together many, many years ago at New Brockton.

I am so sorry for your loss. Guylene was a great friend in high school and we have kept in touch through facebook. I can still hear her laugh! I know she will be missed greatly.
